Licence is a 1976 Pakistani social and musical film directed by Aslam Irani, Film starring actor Sultan Rahi, Najma, Mustafa Qureshi, Aziz Mian and Afzaal Ahmed, Licence arrived just a few months before the arrival of General Zia Ul Haq as the Emperor of Pakistan who brought a rigid pseudo religious code of morality that struck the film community like a bombshell from which it has arguably never truly recovered.
