Rhinoceros is a commercial 3D computer graphics and computer-aided design application software that was developed by TLM, Inc, dba Robert McNeel & Associates, an American, privately held, and employee-owned company that was founded in 1978.
Rhinocéros is a 1878 sculpture by Henri Alfred Jacquemart; a life-sized depiction of a rhinoceros in cast iron. Commissioned to stand outside the Trocadéro Palace for the 1878 Exposition Universelle, it was completed quickly to be ready in time for the opening of the fair.
