Pulfero is a comune in the Regional decentralization entity of Udine in the Italian region Friuli Venezia Giulia, located about 60 kilometres northwest of Trieste and about 20 kilometres northeast of Udine, on the border with Slovenia, and borders the following municipalities: Faedis, Kobarid, San Pietro al Natisone, Savogna, and Torreano.
